Not sure why this location gets such negative ratings, but the food has been on point here all 3 times I've gone. Service could use a bit of help, but that's how it is at all Bucharest locations. My salads have always been loaded with chicken like you've come to expect with Bucharest. Cut them some slack as I'm sure they're going through growing pains.
Hello All, I had an issue with my food from yesterday. It was still good, but it wasn’t at the temperature. I wanted it to be today. I spoke with Robert who made sure my food was made exactly how I like it. My salad was cold. The chicken was so hot and fresh, I fell in love with this food. Robert on duty manager is a great example of what Bucharest should be! I would give more stars if I could thanks Robert!
Food is pretty good! Take orders could be better with timing. Affordable to feed a bigger family with options like family meals and catering. Chicken tastes fresh every time.

First time visiting in this location. I normally visit the one on John R. I enjoyed the experience from beginning to end. Enjoyed my food from beginning to end. Will visit sooner than later, and refer to others.
Came in on a busy Friday night during rush hour with my family. We ordered quickly, sat down, and within 5 minutes had our meal. My wife's shawarma ripped upon opening and became a mess to handle. I asked for a new pita to salvage, and the Manager Ricardo took care of it by wrapping a new shawarma. He was extremely professional. Gear experience.
The food is good as hell. Love the chicken sharama salad. They give you alot of chicken.
